38 high priests of the UN IPCC church of man-made, CO2-caused, global warming orthodoxy have opened a new inquisition for a British heretic, Martin Durkin, and his heretical work, "The Great Global Warming Swindle" TV documentary.

This resembles the Church’s trial of Galileo’s in 1633 for his heretical work of 1632 except that “burning at the stake” has been abolished in Britain during the long ago forgotten Scottish Enlightenment where free speech was king.
The high priests have sent their signed letter to the producer of the TV documentary, WAG TV. They seek to censor the documentary to death before its DVD is released.
In, addition, the same former Royal Society spokesman, who recently shamelessly demanded that Exxon Mobil stop funding organizations that publish heresy to IPCC orthodoxy, has sent another shameful letter. This time he demanded that a British government TV censorship bureau (cunningly mis-labeled a “media regulator”) stop the release of the DVD documentary under Britain’s free-speech-suppressing, broadcast laws. These oppressive broadcast laws are equivalent to the vile “Fairness Doctrine” of the U.S. FCC which from 1949 onward choked off free speech in America before it was abolished by the courts in 1987. British law allows for monetary penalties for free speech, if anyone CLAIMS that facts have been misrepresented. No wonder the Pilgrims and Puritans fled Britain for the New World.
These same high priests of the UN IPCC never uttered a word of protest when their acolyte, Al Gore, published a picture book and movie “An Inconvenient Truth” that is packed with dozens of egregious, scientific misrepresentations and blatant scientific lies.
